Susan is a learning and development professional with over 35 years of experience both in the corporate environment and as an independent consultant. She is highly experienced and skilled at designing, developing, and facilitating customized learning experiences for the workplace, with the overall goal of helping both individuals and organizations achieve success.  While the majority of her development and facilitation has been for the live classroom environment, Susan has designed and delivered virtual learning programs using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.

Susan, who has her undergraduate degree in Education, spent the early years of her career working with non-for-profit organizations and public schools. Shortly after beginning work on her MBA, Susan was hired by AT&T to support their product training organization. She later moved into the AT&T School of Business as a Senior Training Consultant.  She also held the roles of National Sales Quality Manager and Strategic Planning Consultant before leaving AT&T to pursue a career as an independent consultant. Over the last 25 years, she has worked with clients from across a wide range of industries including transportation (United Airlines, Amtrak, Chrysler), food and beverage service (McDonald’s, US Foods, Griffith Foods, Coca Cola)), distribution (Medline), technology (Tellabs, Cabot Microelectronics), medical and pharmaceutical (Medline, Abbot Labs), insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield),  government (US Navy USPS), law (Kirkland And Ellis, Seyfarth Shaw, ) and hospitality (Hyatt Regency).

She is a Chicago native, where she still resides, but enjoys traveling domestically and internationally both for business and personal adventures.
